Be willing to experience complete satisfaction . . . about nothing in particular . . . right NOW!
Is there anything lacking in this moment without the mind's conditions? Let go of your narrow conditions for being okay and be Free! Your ultimate purpose is not physical survival
It is to stop bowing to illusion Only then will you realize your Eternal nature Complaining has no meaning and serves no purpose except to strengthen the ego
If you want to stop suffering, stop feeding the cause of suffering Every last negative thought, belief and image must be brought out into the Light of Awareness
Even more powerful than positive thinking, is being AWARE of negative thoughts and emotions. You are Pure Awareness, beyond ANY thought, positive or negative. Never underestimate the sophistication, cunning and brutality of your ego.
Its sophistication makes it seem like problems are in the world and other people rather than within. Its cunning is that it simulates and promises love, freedom and power, but they are all empty illusions. Its brutality is using panic attacks, anxiety and addiction to bring you to your knees. You need to see the saboteur clearly if you are to have any chance of Love and Freedom. Stop looking for an intermediary
Face and embrace the Divine WITHIN now You will never be completely satiated until there is Realization of the Infinite
Allow the Unconditioned to handle all conditions (i.e. problems). Just do your little part and let go.
Self-judgment (like any other judgment) is actually self-aggrandizement. It reinforces the arrogant delusion that you know better than God. How do you think the Power that created you views you?
